The city of Florence is home to performers of every style, and they can be found anywhere there are open spaces. When walking around Florence, it’s common to find somebody singing in the street or a band performing in a piazza. Posters and brochures advertising events in places like cafes, theatres, and gardens adorn the streets. These performers make a tourist-filled city their stage and hope Florence might be their launching pad for future careers.
