The Rome Braves home opener is on Tuesday, Apr. 12 at 7 p.m. The home team will be playing the Hudson Valley Renegades (Yankees High-A). 

There are 12 players from the Rome Braves’ 2021 roster making a return appearance this season including Cody Milligan and Beau Phillips, both of whom were starters from last year. The roster also has free agents Roddery and Rolddy Muñoz, twins, as pitchers. 

Dylan Dodd, 96th overall pick in the 2021 draft, is coming to the Rome Braves this season as a pitcher, along with the 6’2” first baseman from Georgia Tech, Justyn-Henry Malloy and Tyler Tolve, catcher, out of Kennesaw State University.

This season, some of the Rome Braves’ signature events are set to return, such as Bark in the Park, Beach Night, Senior Brunch, Postgame Fireworks Show and Faith Night. 

Fans can also expect new events such as Marvel’s Defenders of the Diamond Night and Play Ball Weekend. During the week, $2 Tuesdays, Thirsty Thursdays and Weenie Wednesday, featuring buy one, get one hot dogs all night, are returning as well.

Season tickets, mini ticket plans and individual game tickets are on sale now. Students, military and first responders receive $2 off any bowl ticket when purchasing online.
