Everyone has that one late-night fast-food restaurant they always stick with. Anyone else might like the cheap prices of Cook out or slamming Big Macs at 3 a.m., but me? I love Taco Bell. Love is a strong word, but there are many reasons why I consider Taco Bell one of the best places to eat. Though it is not always my first choice, and it may not be yours either, at the end of this article every reader will agree that Taco Bell is objectively the best fast-food restaurant.

For starters, Taco Bell’s menu is truly one of a kind. There are very many chicken and burger places out there, but the amount of taco and burrito places are slim. Now, think about restaurant chains such as Chipotle, Del Taco or Moes. Do they have their own signature soda? Do they have new menu items emerge every few months that are consistently good? Taco Bell is just that good and their new menu items will always be delicious.

Another great quality that makes Taco Bell a great restaurant is how convenient it is to go there. There are Taco Bells everywhere. Normally, I see certain restaurants all over the place and I get sad. Like, why is there a McDonalds on every corner? However, when I have been driving for a long time, and I can pull off the interstate and go through the Taco Bell drive­‑through? That is probably Heaven in a nutshell (or a taco shell). Another convenient aspect about Taco Bell is that it is always open extremely late at night. When cramming during finals week, I will plan to drive two minutes to Taco Bell so I can reward myself with nacho fries. 

Some people may argue that Taco Bell is not a great restaurant due to its lack of dessert items, but those who think that do not even consider the Baja Blast Freeze or the cinnamon sticks. Through Taco Bell there is still delectable food there that you cannot buy anywhere else that makes up for it. Additionally, some people might not like Taco Bell because of its prices, but there are also boxes you can buy that have lots of food  for very cheap. 

Simply put, there is not a single valid reason for people not to like Taco Bell. Next time you find yourself at any sort of restaurant chain, you must remember how much better your food would be if it was instead a Crunchwrap Supreme. If you decide to do the right thing and go to Taco Bell I highly reccomend that you get a Baja Blast, Chicken Cantina box (which comes with two Crispy Cantina Chicken Tacos, and replace the Nachos with Nacho Fries) and if you woud like to treat yourself even further, Cinnamon Twists.
